my currency is usd. calculations of currency conversion will be something you'll have to do on your own if you don't use usd

inquiries pertaining to commissions sent via dm asking to specify something will be answered as quickly as possible. however, questions about things that are blatantly listed here, and don't need any specifying, will be ignored. be sure to read everything carefully!

i have the right to decline any commission form if i so desire. forms that fail to follow the requirements will automatically be ignored and invalid to me. if i don't contact you, assume your form was declined, or you entered your discord tag in the form incorrectly

if i am working on something for myself, be it an art piece or editing something, i will finish that before i start on any commissions. that, and if i feel i need a little break, i'll leave a commission form as "pending" for a couple days until i can work on it

failure to request a commission via filling out the form (i.e dming me on instagram or twitter to ask if you can have something commissioned) will be ignored

full refunds are only permitted/accepted when your commission hasn't been started yet. if i've already started working on it, (depending which stage of progression your piece is/was in) you get refunded half of what you paid. if i'm adding finishing touches, just about to be done with it, there is no refund. this is nonnegotiable. it's up to you whether you want it (digitally) delivered to you, but regardless it will end up in my gallery

progression pictures/screenshots will be given automatically. however, i ask that i don't get bombarded with constant requests for updates (e.g several messages a day)

i expect good communication from you, the client, so we don't waste either of our time. if 48hrs pass and you don't respond to a message of mine inquiring something crucial, your commission will be put on hold for a week. depending how long you take to respond, you will be put at the bottom of the completion list. your discord tag in your form should be honest and legitimate, so as not to waste either of our time

your commission won't be considered "started" unless/until your form is accepted, not the moment you send in your form

for the forms that get approved, but weren't submitted in time to make it into a slot, each person will be offered to be added to the waitlist in the order of submission

once i deliver your commission to you, which will be through discord, expect a message from me asking how your experience working with me was, as i'm always open for (polite) constructive criticism. i want all of my clients to have an enjoyable experience working with me, and performed to their expectations

considering i don't have the rights to any manga/manga characters that i color, your commission is for personal use only (profile aesthetics such as headers/banners/cover images and icons/pfps), and not commercial use. i ask that you still give credit!

my watermark (@rentxri) won't be removed on your commission, but the version i send you will not have the commissioned work watermarks on it like the version i post on my socials will have

i keep all the rights to your finished piece, so expect to see it on my socials, and most likely in my gallery/examples section. i do not need to ask for permission to do these things. however, if you rather i didn't post it, please say so in the commission form

if you add timelapse onto your order, you'll be asked on the form if you'd like it to be uploaded to my yt channel or not

providing more than one panel on the comm. form is recommended, that way i have options to choose from. if one has a screenshot counterpart (a screenshot from its anime) i will most likely pick that one. that being said, i politely ask that you provide said screenshot if possible. if not, giving me details so i can find it myself is appreciated. (e.g "i can't find the exact screenshot on google, but it's from episode 18"). this is so that i can get a feel for what the setting/mood of the panel is/should look like, as well as get more accurate colors to select from!

going off of the previous term of service, if there is no anime counterpart that can be provided to me for reference, then discussion of mood/setting will take place via discord
